Good fresh roasted coffee that beats the service and coffee at the Open Eye. Highly recommended for coffee. The prices for food are pretty high for what you get especially for counter service. The prices are the same as much nicer places with larger portions, better quality and full table service.
Ripest and richest tomatoes ever. Fabulous coffees. Warmest and friendly California meets Carolina family. Searched deep into the refrigerator for the last Coca Cola!!! Way above and beyond. Outrageous BLT, wonderful eggs too. I would rate far more than 5 Stars if that were possible.
Good quality food. I would visit here more often if the food was a little cheaper or the portion sizes were larger. Overall I really like the place.

The breakfast menu selection was great. The coffee was good. I ordered lox and a bagel. The staff was very friendly. Only complaint is it took over 15 mins to get a Bagel. It wasn’t busy at all and people in line after me received their meals first. I think they forgot the order.
For the price, taste ,and amount of food, they have a pretty good formula. Was full when I left, and my wallet did not feel that much lighter. Staff were warm, smiling, and nice enough.
Parking... well, they have 4+ real spaces in front, on a corner plot, between two busy streets. If you can park there great, good for you, have fun leaving (almost as much a pain to park there.) If not, you will have to walk about a block or so to get in (which is not far in Carrboro) with plenty of sidewalks and crossing areas for that convenience.
