Very clean place, polite workers. They initially gave me the wrong order but made it right, gave me the incorrect order for free to keep, and also a free sandwich - I didn't even make a scene - they just wanted me to be happy!
I was having issues with my debit card, and before I even got on the phone to call my bank, the Manager offered to pay for my meal. She said "I'm going to make sure you eat lunch today". Although I politely declined and was able to pay for my meal after calling my bank, that was a really nice gesture of kindness. Food and service was excellent!
My experience could have been better. The line was kind of slow to order but after which I received my food remarkably quick. I got a basic roast beef sandwich in which I was disappointed bc the roast beef was tougher than usual and di not taste great. The workers were very nice though.
Went late night drive through and received a cold sandwich. I knew this was a possibility eating and closing time. I went back through drive through and Brian greeted us with amazing customer service, made us fresh fries and chicken. Very professional and kind. Will absolutely return to this location due to quality of service.
While the interior of the restaurant was nice and clean, the new sandwiches are a bust! We tried both the pork belly and brisket sandwiches. One word for both: fat. Too much sauce and not enough meat on either sandwich. Will not be back for that either sandwich ever! I will stick with my favorite, beef and cheddar.
